Role & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end UX/UI journeys for mobile apps and web in line with product strategy.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
Use customer insights, behavioural data, and UX research to improve user experience.
Conduct/support usability testing and A/B testing and recommend design improvements.
Ensure designs follow design systems, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Research, Data, and Testing teams and support design QA before go-live.

Preferred Candidate Profile
25 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
Solid hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping, user research, design systems, and usability testing.
Valuable understanding of customer journey design, A/B testing, accessibility/WCAG, and data-driven design.
Robust visual design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Financial Services will be an added advantage
