We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should enjoy speaking with business clients, identifying their requirements, and converting sales opportunities through effective telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business customers and introduce our software subscription plans.
Understand client requirements and explain suitable product features and perks.
Deliver engaging product pitches and arrange demonstrations for interested prospects.
Build rapport with customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer questions, resolve basic concerns, and provide relevant product information.
Follow up with interested prospects and support the sales process until closure.
Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and daily sales updates.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through consistent performance.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, or Subscription Sales is preferred.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Confident telephone communication and customer-handling abilities.
Solid convincing, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
