Role & responsibilities
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars and monitor engagement.
Prepare monthly analytics reports and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Manage and update website content, banners, blogs, images, and landing pages.
Coordinate with developers for bug fixes, website enhancements, and performance improvements.
Monitor website performance, uptime, UX, and SEO best practices.
Coordinate with external agencies for website creation, redesign, and branding initiatives.
Participate in UI/UX discussions and ensure consistency with the company's brand guidelines.
Design social media creatives, brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, emailers, and other marketing collateral.
Support SEO, email marketing, and paid campaign creatives.

Preferred candidate profile
46 years of relevant experience in website management, social media marketing, digital marketing,



branding, or a related field.
Robust hands-on experience in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
Proficiency in WordPress/CMS platforms and experience managing website content and updates.
Positive knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
Working knowledge of SEO, basic HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Experience coordinating with external website development agencies and developers for website projects, fixes, and enhancements.
Solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, UI/UX, and content planning.
Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, IT, or a related field.
