Executive / Sr. Executive PPIC

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Contract Manufacturing

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate

Key Responsibilities:
Production planning and scheduling as per customer orders and business requirements.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Purchase and other departments.
Monitor RM/PM availability and ensure timely material planning.
Track production plan vs. actual and ensure timely completion of batches.
Prepare and maintain PPIC MIS, planning reports and production schedules.
Monitor batch status, pending orders and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate for BMR/BPR and other production-related documentation.
Monitor inventory and material requirements to avoid production delays.
Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain PPIC activities as per GMP, SOP and company requirements.
ERP/SAP and Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
Candidates from Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing / CDMO background will be preferred.
