Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and target demographics to identify current business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via digital channels, calls, or field visits to build a healthy sales/operations pipeline.
Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute daily tasks and projects smoothly.
Data Management: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using MS Excel and CRM tools.
Client Relations: Assist in handling client queries, giving presentations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
