Job Title: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive – Holiday Packages

Location: Gurugram

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months of experience in Long-Haul Holiday Package Sales.
Strong destination knowledge across Europe and other long-haul destinations such as USA, Canada, Australia, Current Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Mauritius, Seychelles, Africa, etc.
Excellent communication, sales, negotiation & closing skills.
Robust follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Target-driven, proactive and go-getter personality.
Ability to manage customers end-to-end from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities
Work on assigned leads and understand customer requirements.
Create/recommend suitable holiday packages and itineraries.
Negotiate prices, handle objections and close sales.
Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with clients throughout the booking journey.

Key Note

We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Holiday Package Sales for Long-Haul destinations.
Candidates with experience only in Flight Sales, Hotel Sales, or standalone flight/hotel bookings will not be considered.
We need professionals who have experience in selling complete holiday packages, handling itineraries, negotiating with customers, and converting leads into confirmed holiday bookings.
