Key Responsibilities and Duties
Outbound and Inbound Calling: Make cold or warm outbound calls to prospective clients and handle inbound customer queries using approved scripts.
Lead Generation and Sales: Pitch company offerings, explain perks, and qualify leads or close sales over the phone.
Customer Support: Address complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and pricing.
Data Management: Record call outcomes, update customer details, and maintain logs in the company's CRM system or tracking spreadsheets.
Follow-Ups: Conduct scheduled follow-up calls with potential clients to nurture leads and ensure satisfactory query resolution.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly metrics for call volume, lead conversion, and sales quotas. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10]

Pay: ₹10,662.75 - ₹15,309.36 per month
