Telecaller – Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and explain products/services to potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through telecalling.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions and provide accurate product/service information.
Maintain customer details, call records, leads, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, demonstrations, and order processing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer objections professionally and work toward successful conversion.
Provide regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups,



and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
0.6 months – 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of English and local/regional languages is an advantage.

Number of calls made.
Qualified leads generated.
Follow-up effectiveness.
Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
Monthly sales achieved.
Customer satisfaction and retention.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
