Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Follow up with prospective customers regarding project enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with leads.
Update and maintain customer details and lead status in CRM records.
Coordinate with directors for site visits and customer requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
Assist in converting enquiries into successful sales.




Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements
Diploma or Any Degree.
Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience can apply.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM systems.
Customer-friendly and confident personality.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
