We are hiring a Tele-Marketing Executive with 1 years of experience to generate leads, promote company products and services, conduct marketing calls, and create customer interest. The candidate should have positive communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate current leads.
Promote company products, services, and ongoing projects.
Conduct telemarketing activities to create customer awareness and interest.
Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
Follow up regularly with interested customers and leads.
Qualify leads and forward potential customers to the Sales team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits when required.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.




Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility
Experience: 1 years in Tele-Marketing / Telecalling / Lead Generation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Languages: Tamil & English.
Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
PF ESI.
Performance-based incentives.
Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
