We are looking for L1.5 Technical Support Engineers to provide technical and customer support for hardware, software and peripheral-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, printers and associated software.
Handle customer queries and ensure effective resolution.
Identify and troubleshoot Windows OS-related issues.
Support printer setup and troubleshooting for Inkjet and LaserJet printers.
Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi and networking-related issues.
Maintain explicit and accurate documentation of customer issues and resolutions.
Focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
Handle multiple service requests while maintaining service quality.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in technical/customer support.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, including installation, troubleshooting and updates.




Good understanding of computer hardware and common software tools.
Knowledge of printer setup and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP and DNS.
Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Hindi fluency is mandatory for India team requirements.
Ability to explain technical issues in simple language.
Strong listening and customer service skills.
Should be flexible to work in 247 rotational shifts, including weekends.

Eligibility:
Graduation in any discipline.
1–4 years of relevant technical/customer support experience.
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
Candidates should be flexible with rotational shifts.

Salary: 4.00 – 5.20 LPA, based on experience and previous CTC.

Key: Salary will be considered based on previous CTC and applicable hike. Final compensation will be subject to the client's evaluation and offer process.
