Technical Delivery Manager – Cloud, AI & Application Modernization Experience: 12–18 Years Location: Hyderabad preferred Role: Full time Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery of Cloud, AI/Data, SaaS and Application Modernization projects.
Convert SOW/business requirements into scope, milestones, timelines, resources, cost and delivery plans.
Manage customer governance, steering meetings, status reviews, escalations and stakeholder communication.
Lead distributed teams across Architects, Developers, QA, DevOps, Data and Support.
Track RAID, risks, dependencies, schedules, quality, releases and delivery KPIs.
Manage resource planning, utilization, capacity and team performance.
Drive Agile delivery, sprint/release planning, retrospectives and continuous improvement.
Support estimation, solution transition, SOW/proposal review and project mobilization.
Ensure production readiness, incident management and delivery stability.

Mandatory

Skills - 12–18 years IT experience - 6+ years in Delivery / Program / Engineering Management - Solid project planning, estimation, governance, risk and change management - Experience with global customers and distributed teams - Agile/Scrum, SDLC,



DevOps and Release Management - Technical knowledge in at least 2 areas:
Cloud / Microservices & APIs / Application Engineering / Data / AI - Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure - Understanding of application modernization and cloud migration - Robust stakeholder management and executive communication - Tools: Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint - Understanding of budget, utilization, effort, change requests and commercial aspects Technical Exposure - Cloud: AWS / Azure - Application: Java / .NET / Python / Node.js - Architecture: Microservices, REST APIs - Data & AI: Data platforms, AI/ML, GenAI and AI-enabled automation - DevOps: CI/CD, Security, Observability, Reliability - Production: Application support and operational management Preferred - PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Scrum certification - BFSI, Insurance, Enterprise SaaS or Product Engineering experience - Presales, solutioning, SOW preparation and project transition experience Ideal Candidate A technology-focused Delivery Leader who can bridge customers, business teams, architects and engineering teams while managing Cloud + AI + Application Modernization delivery end-to-end.
