Key Responsibilities
Handle

US travel PPC leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and modifications

.
Handle car rental and cruise bookings and generate additional sales prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
Upsell/cross-sell relevant travel products to maximize revenue.
Maintain high conversion rates and achieve monthly sales/revenue targets

.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
Follow process guidelines and maintain accurate booking/customer records.

Requirements
Minimum

1 year of experience in US Travel Sales/PPC

.
Hands-on experience with flights, cancellations, car rentals and cruise bookings

.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving monthly targets

.
Valuable communication skills and ability to handle US customers.
Willingness to work in

US shifts from Noida office
