Role Description This is a full time hybrid role for a Travel Sales-Back End Executive based in Jaipur, work from office. The role involves handling backend sales operations, including preparing itineraries, processing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and managing travel documentation. The executive will support customers and the sales team by responding to inquiries, sharing package details, and ensuring accurate and timely confirmations.





Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining customer records, tracking payments, updating internal systems, and resolving basic service issues in coordination with senior team members. The role also requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize travel offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact with clients and partners in a qualified and courteous manner.
Comfort with MS Office MS-Excel and drafting emails.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; specialization in travel or tourism is an advantage.
