Role Description The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves advising customers on travel options, preparing customized itineraries, and recommending suitable vehicles and services based on client needs and budgets.

The consultant will handle inquiries, manage reservations and bookings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, maintaining customer records, following up on leads,



and supporting marketing or promotional activities to drive sales. The role also requires close collaboration with operations and dispatch teams to confirm availability, schedule trips, and ensure a smooth travel experience for customers.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
Candidates should possess skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and coordinating itineraries.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Candidates should possess experience with Reservations, booking systems, and documentation.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and booking or CRM tools.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or transport services is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
