Team Lead –

Role: Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring projects are delivered on time, with quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the development team.
Allocate tasks and track progress and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex issues.
Review code and ensure development best practices.
Coordinate with BA, QA, Product, and clients on requirements and issues.
Manage API, integration, and production-related issues.
Coordinate DEV → UAT → PROD releases.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Ensure proper technical documentation and reporting.
Support team members' growth and performance.

Required Skills
Robust software development and technical knowledge.
Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
Valuable problem-solving and debugging skills.
Experience in Agile/SDLC processes.
Robust communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience

5+ years in software development, with experience leading a technical team.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
