About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer queries and drive sales through voice and call processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Shift and working hours: 9-hour shift with roaster off

Roles and responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice calls and ensure resolution with a qualified approach and ensure lead conversion
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in an productive and friendly manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
Drive sales by promoting GoMechanic's services and products to customers.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals. Skills:
Bachelors degree in relevant field is a must
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English
Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or BPO processes is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
