Telemarketing ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and convert prospective customers through effective telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and promotions clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing activities.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate responses.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Maintain a skilled relationship with customers.
Prepare regular calling and sales reports.

Requirements
Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Service is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
