Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for ASL Interiors. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking,



conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with design and project teams to understand service offerings, align client expectations, and ensure smooth handover from sales to execution. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and contribute to long-term business planning.n

Qualifications

n Must Have

n 1–2 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales

n Interior Design Industry experience is mandatory

n On-site role in HSR Layout, Bangalore
