nSecurity Strategy & Governance:

- Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and guidelines.n
- Align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.n

nInfrastructure Security:

- n
- Manage Intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).n
- Ensure secure configuration of Servers, Networks, and Cloud environments.n

nMonitoring & Incident Response:

- n
- Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities.n
- Lead Mitigation Activities for cyber alertsn
- Lead investigations and remediation of security incidents.n

nRisk Management:

- n
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans.n
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain incident response plans.n
- Oversee Log Review for Firewall, EDR & Other Appliances.n
- Maintain Cyber Security Posture based on CIS Benchmarkingn

nCompliance & Audits:

- n
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, DPDP,



and other relevant standards.n
- Coordinate internal and external security audits.n

nCyber Security Awareness / Innovation

- n
- Manage and mentor IT Infrastructure Team members for Cybersecurity topicsn
- Conduct security awareness programs for employeesn
- Exploration of Cyber Security Solutions to achieve efficienciesn

nFunctional/ Technical Competencies:
