We're a design-focused creative studio building bold, distinctive visual identities for brands — with a particular love for retro pulp and vintage-inspired aesthetics. We don't chase trends or churn out templates. We're building a small, serious team of people who actually care about craft, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term — not pass through.

This role is for you if:

- You own your deadlines — you don't need to be reminded, chased, or micromanaged
- You can take ownership and lead — reviewing work, making creative calls, and running a project without someone holding your hand

- You want to be judged by your portfolio and your output, not your resume

This role is NOT for you if:

- Design is a "safe career choice" for you, not a passion
- You're job-hopping and see this as a placeholder
- You need constant supervision to hit deadlines
- Your portfolio is templates, tutorials, or coursework with no original creative voice

What You'll Do

- Lead and execute social media creatives, branding, and identity systems for clients
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects — from brief to final delivery
- Set and maintain creative direction and visual consistency across client accounts
- Mentor/guide interns and junior designers where needed
- Handle whatever a Graphic Designer is expected to do — client requirements will vary, and you're expected to adapt,



problem-solve, and deliver without hand-holding
- Manage your own timelines and communicate proactively — no missed deadlines, no silence

What We Need From You

- A solid, original CREATIVE portfolio — this is the single most important thing we're evaluating. Show us range, taste, and a distinct point of view, not just polished execution
- Proven experience in branding, identity design, and social media creative
- Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator (and ideally Figma/InDesign)
- Ability to take initiative and lead — not just execute instructions
- A track record of meeting deadlines reliably, even under pressure or ambiguity
- Excellent communication — you'll work directly with clients and the team, remotely
- Someone looking to stay and grow with the studio, not a 6-month gap-filler

Probation Period The first 15 days are a probation period. This gives both sides a fair, low-pressure window to confirm fit — you get to see how we work, and we get to see your ownership, reliability, and creative output in real project conditions before confirming the role long-term.
