Role Description As a Freelance Video Editor at Long Term Collab, you will collaborate with the creative and account teams to produce engaging video content for influencer campaigns and brand partners. You will review raw footage, select and assemble clips, edit audio, apply transitions, and refine pacing to deliver polished videos optimized for social and digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include color grading, adding motion graphics or text overlays, incorporating branding elements, and preparing multiple formats and aspect ratios for different channels.

You will also collaborate on video concepts, follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across projects while working closely with stakeholders for revisions and approvals. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility in location while requiring reliable availability and communication.

Qualifications

- Strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including assembling footage, syncing audio, and creating cohesive narratives.




- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, skilled visual quality across all content.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, animations, and branded visual elements.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms and influencer content formats (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative revisions.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant video editing work; prior experience in influencer marketing or digital content production is a plus.
