What we’re looking for:

• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or freight sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to prospect and develop new shipper accounts

• Knowledge of FTL, LTL, Drayage, Intermodal, Flatbed & Expedited freight is a plus

• Goal-oriented individuals who are motivated by results and commissions

What you’ll be doing:

? Prospect and connect with shippers

? Develop recent customer accounts

? Source and coordinate carrier capacity

? Negotiate competitive rates

? Build long-term customer relationships
