Role Description The Freelance Liaisoning Consultant – CSR Projects is a remote role responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with government departments, municipal corporations, police commissioner and superintendent offices, district administrations, and other public sector authorities. The consultant will facilitate coordination between corporate CSR teams, government stakeholders, and project implementation partners to ensure the smooth planning and execution of social impact initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying relevant government departments and officials, initiating and managing communication, scheduling and attending meetings, obtaining necessary approvals and permissions, and supporting the development of collaborative CSR opportunities.



The consultant will act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and effective resolution of coordination requirements.

The role also involves documenting stakeholder interactions, tracking project progress, gathering feedback from government authorities, and providing regular updates to clients and project teams. The consultant will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives across sectors such as education, health, sanitation, community development, public safety, environmental sustainability, and skill development. The consultant is expected to work independently, maintain professional relationships with government bodies, ensure compliance with applicable procedures, and align all activities with the strategic objectives of CSR programs and partner organizations.

- Ability to coordinate meetings, conduct follow-ups, and maintain professional relationships with government and institutional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest or experience in CSR, government relations, NGO partnerships, or community development is an advantage.
