Responsibilities
Find and book profitable loads using DAT, Truckstop and other load boards.
Negotiate rates with brokers.
Check RPM, deadhead, mileage and overall trip profitability.
Communicate with drivers throughout the trip.
Handle rate confirmations and broker setup packets.
Track pickups and deliveries.
Handle detention, layover, TONU and other accessorials.
Maintain daily dispatch records.
Build good relationships with brokers and carriers.
Ensure loads are booked only with carrier approval.

Requirements
Positive spoken and written English.
Understanding of US trucking and major freight lanes.
DAT/Truckstop experience preferred.
Knowledge of Dry Van, Reefer or Flatbed.
Basic understanding of HOS and FMCSA requirements.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Reliable laptop, high-speed internet and power backup.
Comfortable working US hours.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
