Duties and responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day finishing activities at the site (tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, waterproofing, carpentry, etc.).
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams (MEP, structure, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
Ensure quality checks at all stages as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, and resource utilization.
Review and interpret construction drawings and raise RFIs if discrepancies arise.
Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping norms at the finishing stage.
Maintain accurate records of work status, material usage, and labor productivity.
Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities in coordination with QA/QC and clients.
Assist in material planning and timely procurement coordination for finishing materials.
Report progress and delays to the Project Manager regularly.
Work assigned by management from time to time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
