We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Holiday Packages Team Lead to manage the holiday sales team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic/international holiday packages and experience in handling a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Holiday Packages Sales Team.
Handle sales targets, team performance, conversion, and revenue.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Ensure timely preparation and sharing of quotations and itineraries.
Monitor daily team performance and maintain MIS/reports.
Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, cancellations, and pending cases.
Assist team members in handling difficult customers and complex sales cases.
Coordinate with operations/vendors for package confirmations and smooth execution.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers from enquiry to booking.
Conduct regular team briefings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective actions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
Achieve individual and team sales/revenue targets.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Holiday Packages / Travel Sales.
Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid sales and customer-handling skills.
Experience in team handling and target achievement.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Preferred Candidate
3–6 years of experience in Holiday Packages / Travel Sales.
Prior experience as a Team Lead / Senior Travel Consultant preferred.
Candidates with solid team-handling and sales-conversion experience will be preferred.
Freshers are not preferred for this position.
