Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition & Social Media Executive who can manage employee hiring while also handling the companys social media presence and online engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition / Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate staff.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
Ensure timely hiring as per business requirements.

Social Media Management
Manage OYE! CHACHA social media accounts.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and videos.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries.




Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content ideas.
Track engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
Support promotional campaigns, offers, events, and franchise-related marketing.
Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and interviewing.
Robust social media understanding.
Creative thinking and content ideas.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Experience1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Social Media Management, or a similar role. Freshers with strong communication and social media skills may also apply.
