Job Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the complete hiring lifecycle - from sourcing to closing. You will be the bridge between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, and Referrals
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and client expectations
Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Sourcing, Screening, Interview Scheduling & Follow-ups




Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment data

Who Can Apply
Freshers or 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Graduation is mandatory
Must be comfortable with Work From Office - Malad West
