Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience: 6 months – 1 year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail and store-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Work closely with store and management teams to understand staffing requirements.
Conducting exist interviews and documentations by coordinating with HR.




Coordinating Employee engagement activities.
Maintaining Subsequent reports.

Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source and screen suitable candidates.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
