Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.
Maintain candidate database and trackers.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Support in daily HR/recruitment operations.
Requirements
Valuable communication skills (written & verbal).
Solid coordination and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.
Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
What We Offer
Internship Stipend: ₹5,000-10000 per month + Incentives (3 months).
Full-time Chance: Based on performance, convert to permanent employee with salary ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month for 6 months.
