We are looking for a professional, friendly, and confident Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk activities, handle incoming and outgoing calls, assist visitors, and support the team with basic administrative and customer communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates.
Attend customer enquiries and provide basic information about company services.
Make follow-up calls to prospective customers, candidates, and clients.
Maintain records of calls, enquiries, visitors, and follow-ups.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules.
Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and basic customer queries.
Forward enquiries to the concerned department or team member.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Support day-to-day administrative and office coordination activities.
Prepare basic reports related to calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle multiple calls and enquiries efficiently.

Qualification Preferred: Graduate in any discipline.
