Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience by assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively
Process POS (point of sale) purchases
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team for stock availability
Participate in periodic stock audits and stock-takes
Collect and report customer feedback to management
Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions,



and industry trends

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office is an advantage
