Job Overview Hotel Paras Mahal is seeking a meticulous Storekeeper to manage day-to-day inventory operations. You will oversee the receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of food & beverage stock, housekeeping amenities, guest supplies, and engineering items while ensuring strict adherence to FIFO standards and cost-control protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Quality Inspection: Inspect incoming goods, raw ingredients, and operational materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery invoices for quality, quantity, and expiry dates.
Storage & Organization: Maintain neat, protected, and hygienic storage areas for perishable and non-perishable goods in accordance with hospitality health standards.
Issuance & Tracking: Issue stock to department heads (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Maintenance)



against authorized requisitions; accurately record all store movements in inventory software.
Stock Audits & Reordering: Perform weekly and monthly physical stock counts, reconcile variances, and alert management when stock reaches minimum reorder thresholds.
Vendor & Documentation Support: Log Goods Received Notes (GRNs), handle damage/discrepancy reports, and liaise with vendors for returns or replacements.

Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality inventory systems (e.g., IDS Next, ShawMan, Opera, or Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
Language & Communication: Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English; local knowledge of Udaipur vendors is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
