Job Responsibilities:
Pick and issue raw materials and food items as per requirements.
Check quantity, quality, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
Prepare materials for kitchen/production requirements.
Maintain proper stock records and documentation.
Assist in physical stock verification and inventory control.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Coordinate with Store and Production teams.
Requirements:
Experience in food industry / hotel / catering stores preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling.
Basic computer/Excel knowledge.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week
