SCM Specialist – Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: 3–8 Years

Qualification: Graduate MBA/PGDM from a Premier B-School – Mandatory

Graduation Year: 2018 onwards

Travel: PAN India

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize PAN-India supply chain and distribution for perishable

products.
Plan multiple transportation routes and optimize cost, transit time, vehicle

utilization and service levels.
Manage road, rail, air and water-based transportation as applicable.
Identify, negotiate and manage transporter/3PL agreements, rates, SLAs and

commercial terms.
Analyse warehouse, inventory, dispatch, route and transportation data to

identify cost savings and operational improvements.
Prepare supply chain plans based on demand, inventory, warehouse capacity

and transportation availability.
Monitor OTIF, freight cost, damages, rejection, transit loss and transporter

performance.




Develop alternate routes and contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Lead and coordinate warehouse, logistics and transportation teams.
Work closely with Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Procurement and other

stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven planning and decision making.

Warehouse & logistics data analytics
Advanced Excel / MIS; Power BI preferred
Supply chain planning & forecasting
3PL/vendor management
Excellent team and people management
Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
