Manage daily inward and outward movement of materials.
Receive, check, count, and properly store incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Ensure proper identification, tagging, and systematic storage of materials.
Issue materials to relevant departments as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Merchandising, Sampling, Sourcing, and Accounts teams.
Maintain proper documentation for GRN, material issue, transfer, and return.
Ensure proper handling and secure storage of fabrics, garments, trims, and accessories.
Maintain cleanliness and systematic organisation of the store.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Supervise store helpers and manage daily work allocation.
