Store & E-commerce Manager Shopify | Retail Sales | Customer Service

Full time | In office | Monday–Saturday | 10 AM–7 PM

Key Responsibilities
Attend to store walk-ins, understand requirements and assist customers with products, pricing and customisation.
Prepare quotations/billing and collect payments through UPI, card or other modes.
Maintain customer details and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
Manage customer queries through Shopify, Etsy, WhatsApp, Instagram and other online channels.
Manage and update product listings on Shopify and Etsy.
Upload product images, descriptions, dimensions, pricing and specifications.
Assist with product photography and basic image editing using Canva.
Monitor online orders and coordinate order processing and dispatch.
Check social media for enquiries and occasionally post products, stories and updates.
Assist with WhatsApp broadcasts, customer reviews and basic sales tracking.
Maintain a professional and organised showroom environment.

Candidate Profile




1–3 years of experience preferred in e-commerce, retail, customer service, inside sales, online sales or social media.
Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable using laptops, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, Ai tools and online platforms.
Knowledge of Shopify, Etsy, Canva, Instagram or e-commerce marketplaces is an advantage.
Candidates with relevant internships and robust practical experience may also apply.
Must be organised, responsible, proactive and comfortable working independently.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Sales Incentives / Commission

Additional incentives are offered for successful online and in-store sales, customer follow-ups and lead conversions.

Location: Lakshmi Industrial Estate, Andheri, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
