About the Role We are looking for a GCC & GBS Design Director – F&A; Advisory to lead high-impact consulting engagements focused on the design, setup, transformation, and optimization of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) for global enterprises. The role will work closely with CXOs, CFOs, COOs, and GCC/GBS leaders , shaping operating models, location strategy, service portfolios, governance frameworks, transformation roadmaps, and measurable value-creation initiatives. The individual will also play a key role in business development, solutioning, thought leadership, and building high-performing consulting teams . Experience: 15+ years (relevant experience in F&A; consulting, transformation, or advisory; higher relevant experience may be considered) Location:



Pan India Employment Type: Full time CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (based on experience and relevant expertise) Key Responsibilities Lead strategic advisory engagements covering GCC/GBS design, setup, transformation, and optimization Advise CFOs, COOs, CXOs, and GCC/GBS leaders on operating models and transformation strategies Design target operating models, service portfolios, governance frameworks, location strategies, and transformation roadmaps Develop business cases and value-realization frameworks across cost, efficiency, scalability, controls, and experience Lead complex engagements from problem definition through execution oversight Drive client workshops, executive presentations, structured analysis, and strategic recommendations Lead and support sales pursuits, RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and proposal development Identify opportunities for account growth and follow-on advisory engagements Contribute to thou
