Hiring - Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist

nCTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
nExperience: 5+ Years
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist / IV Therapy Specialist with solid expertise in venipuncture, IV cannulation and infusion therapies
nKey Requirements:
n
- n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in phlebotomy & IV therapyn
- Expertise in difficult vein access and peripheral IV placementn
- Experience with IV drips, IV pushes, IM/SubQ injectionsn
- Knowledge of IV solution preparation/compounding and aseptic techniquesn
- Strong patient communication and ability to handle anxious patientsn
- Experience with vital signs, specimen handling and EMR documentationn
- BLS/CPR certification requiredn
- Nursing degree/license or relevant phlebotomy certification preferredn
- Experience in wellness, luxury healthcare, IV hydration or outpatient settings is an advantagen
