nAbout the Role
nEdgelink Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and experienced Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and client interaction skills. The candidate should have positive knowledge of digital marketing concepts and the ability to understand client requirements, explain suitable solutions, handle objections, and convert leads into paying clients.

- Generate and follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.n
- Understand client requirements and business objectives.n
- Present and explain the company's digital marketing services to potential clients.n
- Convince prospects by clearly communicating the value and benefits of the services.n
- Handle client questions, objections, and concerns professionally.n




- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.n
- Negotiate with clients and close deals within company guidelines.n
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales records in CRM.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and onboarding teams after closing the deal.n
