About Tobbo
Tobbo is an early-stage consumer social startup built around something deeply human — our curiosity to know what people really think.
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on builder to join our founding team and help build Tobbo’s content, brand and growth from zero.
What You’ll Do
- Create Reels, Shorts, videos, memes and social-first content — from idea and script to shoot, edit and publish.
- Shape Tobbo’s brand voice, storytelling and social presence.
- Come up with and execute creative campaigns, launch ideas and growth experiments — online and offline.
- Discover and collaborate with creators, influencers and communities.
- Go where our users are — including colleges and campuses — talk to them, conduct interviews, shoot real content and turn insights into ideas.
- Stay close to Gen Z culture, trends, internet behaviour and consumer psychology.
- Use AI tools to research, ideate, create, design, edit and execute faster.
- Experiment constantly to turn content and attention into real users and growth.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who can think and execute.
You should be comfortable going from idea → script → shoot/edit → publish → learn → repeat, while also thinking about the bigger brand and growth opportunity.
We’re looking for strong creative instinct, ownership, curiosity and the ability to make things happen without waiting for a playbook.
Experience with consumer brands, social apps, creator businesses, D2C or youth-focused products is a plus.
This is not a traditional SEO, performance marketing or social-media management role.
