– FINANCE MANAGER

About the Company
ForYour Resque Private Limited is engaged in the manufacture, import, supply and marketing of specialised firefighting, rescue, disaster-management and emergency-response equipment. The company serves government departments, defence establishments, fire services, public-sector organisations and major private industries across India.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage the company’s complete finance and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, profitability, receivables and working-capital requirements.
- Prepare product-wise, order-wise and project-wise costing and profitability analysis.
- Assist management with financial planning, budgeting and commercial decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
Banking & Fund Management
- Manage daily cash flow, banking transactions and fund planning.
- Coordinate with banks for working-capital facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, foreign remittances and other banking requirements.
- Monitor BG limits, expiry dates, extensions, margin requirements and releases.
- Plan vendor payments, statutory payments and other financial commitments.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Review GST returns,
TDS returns and reconciliations before filing.
- Handle GST input-credit reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, company secretary and government authorities.
- Support assessments, audits and responses to statutory notices.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all financial and statutory records.
Imports & Foreign Transactions
- Manage import-related payments, foreign remittances and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, customs brokers, freight forwarders and suppliers regarding financial documentation.
- Verify landed costs, customs duties, freight, exchange-rate differences and import expenses.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, supplier advances and outstanding foreign payments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and banking requirements.
Accounts Supervision
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll and ledger reconciliation.
- Review purchase, sales, expense, journal and bank entries.
- Ensure timely bank, customer, supplier and inter-branch reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory valuation and coordinate physical stock verification.
- Guide and supervise the accounts team and allocate responsibilities.
- Maintain accurate records in Tally or the company’s accounting software.
Candidate Requirements
- Chartered Accountant, CMA, CA Inter, MBA Finance or M.Com with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance, accounts and taxation, preferably in a manufacturing, importing, engineering or government-supply company.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, accounting standards and statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank guarantees, letters of credit, working-capital management and foreign remittances.
- Knowledge of GeM contracts, government tenders and public-sector billing will be highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel and financial-reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications, experience and capabilities.
