– Finance & Accounts Manager Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the organization.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely preparation of MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
- Monitor organizational expenses and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, audits, and financial policies.

Operations & Accounts Management

- Supervise daily accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial and operational processes.
- Monitor vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and financial documentation.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting support to operational teams.

Team Management

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop a cooperative, accountable, and performance-driven work environment.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Present financial reports, MIS, and business insights to senior management.




- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding financial planning and controls.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA / MBA Finance preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts management.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and reporting.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, ERP, and financial management tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and professionalism.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
