About SilaiLink

SilaiLink runs a verified wage ledger for garment and textile factories. Every worker gets a permanent record of the jobs they did and the money they earned. Every factory gets a verified pool of tailors, checkers and finishers it can hire from. We are building the NCR network cluster by cluster.

What you'll do

- Sign up garment workers in your cluster onto the SilaiLink app — Aadhaar and bank/UPI verification, done correctly the first time
- Get each current worker through their first job on the platform so their earnings actually start
- Own a pod of 100–500 workers as their personal account manager. You are the person they call when a payment or a job is in question.
- Keep the pod active: monthly check-ins, resolving wage queries, bringing back workers who go quiet
- Visit units in your cluster with the account team when a factory's job posts need filling
- Log every visit and signup in the app the same day. No paper, no backdating.

Garment trade experience — required

This role is only open to people who already know the garment line. You should be able to walk into a stitching unit and know what you are looking at.

- Minimum 1 year working in or around garment/apparel/textile manufacturing in NCR — as a supervisor, line in-charge, jobber, master, checker, production or HR/time-office assistant,



contractor's coordinator, or in field recruitment for garment units
- You know the operations by name: cutting, stitching (single needle, overlock, flatlock), checking, thread cutting, ironing, finishing, packing
- You understand how garment workers are actually paid — piece rate, daily wage, monthly, and how contractor (thekedari) labour differs from a factory's own roll
- You are already comfortable in Udyog Vihar, Sector 37, Kapashera, Okhla, Faridabad or Noida Phase 2 type clusters, and in the worker colonies around them
- You can speak to a tailor about their rate and their attendance without them feeling sold to

If you have sold loans, insurance or SIM cards but have never been on a garment floor, this role is not the right fit. Apply to our Factory Account Executive posting instead if you have B2B sales experience.

What you'll earn

- Fixed ₹20,000/month, paid on the 1st, every month. Your rent and food never depend on incentive.
- ₹50 per activated worker — ₹20 on verified signup (Aadhaar + bank/UPI), ₹30 when they finish their first verified job within 30 days
- ₹3 per active worker in your pod, every month — 500 active workers = ₹1,500/month, recurring, on a pod you have already built.



This rate rises as platform revenue per worker grows.
- ₹1 per verified job completed by a worker you recruited
- Realistic month 3: around ₹31,800 total. Mature pod in year 2: ₹33,000+ and a promotion.

Growth path

Field Officer → Hub Lead (₹40,000 base) → City Manager. Hub leads come from our own FO team, not from outside hires. Quarterly reviews against published criteria. Top-quartile FOs receive employee stock options.

Also required

- Fluent Hindi; basic English for the app and reporting
- Two-wheeler with a valid licence, and a smartphone
- Patience with workers using an app for the first time — most of your pod will be
- Honesty on verification. Every signup is audited.
