Company Description Capital Goods & Strategic Skill Council (CGSSC) is a Not-for-Profit organization promoted by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Department of Heavy Industries (DHI), Government of India. It receives financial support from the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), reflecting its focus on building capabilities and skills within the capital goods sector. CGSSC works closely with leading industry partners and associations representing both public and private sector organizations.
The council aims to strengthen the ecosystem for skill development and industry growth, offering team members opportunities to contribute to impactful national initiatives.
Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will provide high-level administrative and operational support in a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position involves managing the CEO’s calendar and diary, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
The Executive
Assistant will handle correspondence, draft documents and presentations, organize travel and expense reports, and maintain confidential records. The role also includes liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders,
supporting board and committee meetings, and assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including handling confidential information and supporting senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management to coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications efficiently.
- Experience preparing and managing Expense Reports and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email and calendar applications).
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with government bodies, industry partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience supporting C-level executives is preferred.
