Established in 2014, Kaprel specializes in manufacturing acoustic glass partitions for the interiors market. We are now seeking a Sales Manager to join our India team at Kaprel India Private Limited based in Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

The Estimator will analyse project drawings, specifications, and site conditions to prepare precise cost estimates for glass, glazing, aluminium, and acoustic system works. The role requires strong technical understanding of architectural glass products, acoustic panels, partitions, and installation methods.

Key Responsibilities

- 5+ years of Estimation experience, preferably in interior design or construction industry
- BOQ and Quotation Preparation Skills
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
- Work closely with the design, sales, and project teams to ensure estimates align with technical feasibility.
- Develop cost estimates including materials, labour, fabrication, installation, and subcontractor pricing.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Support negotiations with clients by providing cost breakdowns and clarifications.
- Track project variations and prepare revised estimates when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in estimation for glass, glazing, aluminium, or acoustic systems (preferred).
- Solid knowledge of architectural glass types
- Understanding of acoustic products (acoustic panels, partitions, insulation materials).
- Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office and REVIT
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
