Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and office electrical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, practical troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical installations.
- Diagnose electrical faults and take appropriate corrective action.
- Handle electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting systems, distribution boards, and related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain office electrical systems to ensure smooth and safe operation.
- Carry out electrical repair and maintenance work as assigned.
- Identify potential electrical hazards and report them promptly.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed according to safety standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain basic records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and equipment issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance/operations team for electrical requirements.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment and appliances.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.




- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site after completing electrical work.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, switches, sockets, lighting, and electrical equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common electrical faults.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and precautions.
- Ability to use basic electrical tools and testing equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle maintenance requirements as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in commercial/office electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of preventive electrical maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and testers.
- Basic knowledge of UPS, inverter, generator, and power backup systems.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
- Ability to respond to urgent electrical maintenance requirements.
- Valid electrician certification/license will be an advantage.
