We are looking for an International Sales Manager – Export & Business Development to drive global business growth and expand our international presence across markets such as USA, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in international B2B sales, export sales, distributor/dealer development, channel sales, business development and project sales, preferably in electrical products, building materials, interior products, furniture hardware, construction products or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales and export business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, dealers, channel partners and business opportunities.
- Generate and convert B2B sales leads through email marketing, LinkedIn, digital platforms, references, exhibitions and direct business development.
- Develop relationships with international distributors, dealers, importers, contractors, architects, consultants, system integrators and project companies.




- Manage the complete international sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry to quotation, negotiation, order closure and payment.
- Drive export sales and international business development across assigned geographical markets.
- Build and manage a strong international dealer and distributor network.
- Identify major projects and develop project sales opportunities with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and corporates.
- Conduct market research to identify market potential, competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.
- Prepare and implement country-wise sales plans and market-entry strategies.
- Handle international quotations, commercial negotiations, contracts and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design, technical, logistics and finance teams for timely execution of export orders.
