Role Overview

We are looking for a people-oriented Education Counsellor & Coordinator to guide students and parents across their academic, career, and personal development journeys.

The role combines counselling, student engagement, program coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management, while helping learners identify suitable educational and development pathways.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students, parents, and young professionals on academic, career,



and personal development pathways
- Understand learner needs, goals, interests, and challenges and recommend suitable programs
- Coordinate counselling sessions, assessments, classes, workshops, training programs, and events
- Manage scheduling, communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day program coordination
- Track learner engagement, progress, feedback, and maintain accurate records and CRM updates
- Coordinate with trainers, mentors, counsellors, psychologists, and internal teams
- Build robust relationships with students and parents and assist with queries and concerns

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Human Development, Management, Communication, Sociology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related field
- 0–5 years of experience in counselling, education, training, admissions, student success, coordination, relationship management, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, counselling, interpersonal, organisational, and relationship-building skills
- Empathy, patience, active listening, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in education and personal development are encouraged to apply.
